Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Staff # 2 has been working in the facility for six months and does not have a fingerprint clearence which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During inspection Staff # 2 left the facility- Per Licensee, they will have them take fingerprints again and wont have Staff # 2 come back until they are fingerprinted.
