Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 homes with a kitchen sink full of dirty dishes and pans, stove top with multiple remnants of dried food and dirty pan, stove top control panel coated in grease, inside of the toilet bowl in the children's bathroom had a black ring, cob webs in the living room, baseboard in kitchen is laying on floor, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will clean the kitchen, children's bathroom, living room and all areas accessible to children, and repair the baseboard in the kitchen. Licensee stated she may hire a house cleaner and will ensure the house is kept clean at all times there are children in care.
