Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as a baby bouncer was observed in the on-limits area of the home, accessible to children, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The Licensee removed the baby bouncer from the on-limits area of the home during today's inspection. LPAs advised that it should not be accessible to children in care. The Licensee states that it can be converted into a table and will be used that way moving forward.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in for two out of three infants in care, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The Licensee shall start maintaining documented nap checks for infants until they turn two years old. Proof of nap check documentation for all three infants shall be submitted to Licensing on 3/23/2023.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 3 out of 4 rooms on-limits to children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will move all cleaning compounds, lotions, and other products labeled "keep out of reach of children" to area that is inaccessible to children and submit photos of dining room, bathroom, and kitchen.
