Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for outside play equipment for children, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will remove broken/cracked plastic play equipment and ripped hanging swing from the outside play area. Swing was removed during inspection. LPA additionally advised Licensee to monitor termite/dog damage to wooden playground for safety. Playground is currently stable and appears safe for day care children.
