Licensee's son Manuel Leos Jr. is her helper and does not have clearance, son in law Carlos Ramirez does not have clearance and sister in law Hortencia Leos who is visiting from Mexico and arrived 07/18/2023 and had contact with children during visit does not have clearance. Licensee states Hortencia does help her with children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will have Manuel Leos Jr., Carlos Ramirez and Hortencia Leos all fingerprint cleared prior to returning to the home.
