Resolution: Licensee agreed to submit a written Plan of Correction on how she will maintain the required ratio and capacity at all times. Licensee submitted a written Plan of Correction during the inspection.

Resolution: Licensee states that she will purchase a new required size fire extinguisher and will submit proof of purchase/photos to Licensing by 01/30/25.
