Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in kitchen sink cabintes and bathroom sink cabinets were unlocked with cleaning products, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee locked the kitchen sink cabinet and bathroom cabinets during the site visit, deficiency was cleared during the site inspection visit.
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in alterations to playroom extension has a full kitchen and rear storage shed has a bathroom, licensee states does not permit for the completed construction, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provide proof of obtaining construction permit for the kitchen addition on the playroom extension and rear storage shed bathroom addition by close of business 01/03/2025.
