Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in emergency exits on left side is close off with a fence and plastic storage unit, right side gated walkway is closed from the front side of fence, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will submit proof of clearing and opening up the emergency evacuation routes on the day care entrance by close of business 09/20/24.

Based on observation, interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in unlocked bathroom sink used for day care children had two bottles of hand sanitizer and a can of hand wipes, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed and placed inside the top shelf cabinet inside the children bathroom making the items inaccessible, deficiency cleared today.
