Most staff present today did not have measles verification on file which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

(2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations This requirement has not been met as evidenced by: staff grabbed a child by the arm pulling her and pulled the girl by the arm to sit her down. A child was injured and staff couldnt see the child to identify they were bitten. This poses an immediate threat to the health, safety and personal rights of children.
