Resolution: Licensee will have the lock fixed or replaced so that the gate to the pool can be locked while the daycare is running by POC date 11/14/2025.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above with the rescue pole being only 5 feet and telescoping which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will purchase the correct 12 foot fixed length pole according to the new pool regulations by POC date 11/14/2025.
