Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as their were knives, cleaning solutions and alcohol that were in an area accessible to children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will put the knives under the sink and add a lock as well as place a lock on the cabinet with the alcohol and send pictures of the corrections to LPA. Jessica.Rubio@dss.ca.gov
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as 2 out of 12 children did not have ID/Emergency information and 11 out of 12 children did not have Consent for Emergency Treatment on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
