Resolution: Licensee states that the infant will no longer use the blanket during naptime. Licensee will write a statement confirming that she will no longer have loose articles with a sleeping infant and submit it to the department by the POC due date.

Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as licensee's adult daughter residing in the home does not have criminal record clearance, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LIcensee stated she will have the adult fingerpinted and provide proof to LPA by plan of correction date.
