Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, where a swimming pool, daily checklist has not been generated or maintained since January 2025. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will email a swimming pool daily inspection checklist, from 10/10-10/17.
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one of two staff present. Both assistants staff files missed current mandated reporter certification, unavailable for review during inpsection. Which posesa potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: By COB 10/23/23, Licensee will email LPA Chancellor william.chancellor@dss.ca.gov current mandated reporter certification for both staff 1 and staff 2. Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one of two staff files. Licensee confirmed that staff 2 was left alone to supervise the children only during nap and does not have a current CPR certification on file. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that moving forward only staff with current CPR will be left alone with daycare children, including nap or when licensee is absent from the home 20%.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as there were accessible toiletries which pose a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee immediately moved the toiletries to a higher shelf making them inaccessible.
Based on interview and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as Licensee and assistant did not have mandated reporter training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
