Based on confidential interviews, the CCC was not using universal precautions with daycare children present as staff was clearing/cleaning table with a broom which poses a potential health, safety risk and/or personal rights risk to children in care.

During today's inspection LPAs observed Ms. Garcia Camacho, with no face covering and all the children were also not wear face covering as required by the California Department of Public Health. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
