Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 3 infant records. LPA observed that Licensee did not maintain an Infant Safe Sleep Check Log for infants in care which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee is to immediately resume documenting Infant Safe Sleep checks on a Sleep Log and provide documentation to the Department showing that the Sleep Logs are completed regularly.

Based on records review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, as today, licensee was unable to provide proof of completion of a fire & disaster drill within the last six months. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will submit proof of completed fire & disaster drill to the Fresno Community Care Licensing office by 9/29/2022.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 2 infant files reviewed, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Today, LPA provided Licensee with blank sleeping logs for both infants in care, and consulted with licensee and S1 on how to complete the form. Licensee and S1 began documenting each 15 minute check for Child #1 and Child #7 today, during each child's napping period. Deficiency cleared during inspection.
