Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as two containers and a pack of disinfectant wipes were located on the ktichen counters and near dining area easily accesible to children in care.which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed the disinfectant containers and made them inaccesible.
Based on records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as licensee was unable to provide proof of MMR and TB immunizations for Assistant.which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit a copy of immunizations for her assistant.
Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA onbserved three double A batteries, two adult size scissors and multiple nail polish in two seperate kitchen drawers that were acessible. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Today, licensee removed the items and also placed child safety latches on the drawers. Deficiency cleared.
Based on record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During file review, licensee stated she and staff #2 had completed required Mandated Reporter Training AB1207 but could not find proof today. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she would submit proof of the completed AB1207 certificate for herself and staff #2 by POC date 4/8/2022.
Based on record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During record review, licensee could not find proof of required pediatric CPR/First Aid training for licensee and staff #2. Licensee stated she and staff #2 had completed the training but misplaced the certficate.This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she would submit proof of required pediatric CPR/First Aid Training by POC date: 4/8/2022.
