Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, LPA observed a fish pond in the backyard of the home, it is not made inaccessible to the day care children, the depth is approxiamtely 1.5 feet, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated on a LIC855- Declaration that the backyard will be off-limits until the fish pond can be made inaccessible to daycare children. Fence will be in place by 8/04/25. Licensee stated that sliding doors leading to the backyard will remain locked at all times while day care children are present.
