Resolution: LPA reviewed regulations regarding documentation of each child's immunizations or the requirement to show proof of enrollment in public or private school. Licensee stated she has sent text messages to parents of all children whose files do not have immunization or proof of enrollment. Licensee stated she will provide proof of correction by the above POC due date or contact LPA to request extension to complete.
