Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in licensee adult daughter Vanessa returned from school and is residing in the home is not fingerprint cleared which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will send proof of fingerprint clearance of adult daughter to LPA Alemoh no later than the due date.
