Based on observation,interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. One staff 1 did not have criminal background clearance, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. A Civil Penalty of $500 was issued.
Resolution: Licensee had staff #1 leave the home and get fingerprinted today 04/27/23. LPA advised licensee, adult #1 may not be in the home until fingerprints are cleared.
