Based on [(observation) and (interview), the licensee did not comply with the section cited above Childcare is provided: in Garage (next to the kitchen), however during the conversation the licensee was unable to provide the permit for conversion of the garage. According to the licensee children eat and sleep in the garage which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agreed to no longer have child care children eating or sleeping in the garage.
