Based on interviews and record reviews the Licensee failed to maintain a comfortable temperature for children in care. The heat pump that controls the temperature in classrooms 93 and 94 was broken for over two weeks, which poses an Immediate Health and Safety Risk to children in care.
(b) The name of the child care center director, and any fully qualified teacher(s) designated to act in the child care center director's absence, shall be reported to the Department within 10 days of a change of child care center director or designee(s).
