Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Licensee and staff both have expired pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid as of August 2024, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee they have enrolled in a class to obtaine the certification through the American Hart Association and will email certificates to licensing by 9/13/25.
Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed Carbon Monoxide detector not functioning which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee, she agrees to send proof of Carbon Monoxide being in operable condition to LPA Beneroso no later than 04/16/2024
