Resolution: Licensee stated will notify parents and provide them a copy of PIN 19-08-CCP California Department of Public Health /New Pre Kinger/Kindergarten and child care and school immunization requirements. Will inform parents child #3 and child #4 will not be able to attend care until proof is provided.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not documenting 15 minutes sleep logs for child #1, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated will start documenting today until child #1 turns 24 months and provide LPA proof of the 15 minutes sleep logs.

Resolution: LPA observed licensee lock the shed containing poisons. Licensee will walk through the facility each morning before opening to ensure facility is safe and all inaccessible areas are made inaccessible.

Resolution: LPA provided licensee with infant sleep log and LIC 9227. Licensee began logging infant sleep during visit and will maintain log going forward.
