Resolution: Licensee will register for class and provide proof of registration to LPA via text or email by 6.7.24. Licensee will provide proof of completion and certificate by POC due date to LPA via email. If licensee is unable to complete the training by POC due date licensee will contact LPA and request a one-time extension.
