Based on observation, and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in there was no alarm inside the pool it was still inside the box. LPA observed two pool safety buoys in the box during inspection which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee I will put them in the pool and remove them when the kids leave the daycare.
