ALBARRAN FAMILY CHILD CARE

Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Licensee did not notify the department prior to constructing a covered patio/gazebo in the backyard, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that the backyard will be off limits and that covered pation/Gazebo will be removed.

Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, mandated reporter certificate expiered July 2025, Licensee has not renewed, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Per Licensee she will complete the required Mandated Reporter training 9/3/2025 and email certificate to the department.

Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two baby rockers were observed inside the daycare home and area which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will provide a written statement to prevent usuage of items in the future.

Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in areas of the home were being utilized that were off limits on faclity sketch which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will provide an updated facilty sketch of the home that identifies the off limit areas and the areas that are being used for day care by POC date above.
