Supervision shall include visual observation. Besed on LPA document review and interviews conducted, this requirement was not met, on 10/18/2024 C#1 was left without care and supervision for less than two minutes. And on 4/20/2023 Child#2 was left without care and supervsion for about 2-3 minutes.
