Based on observation & interview, the licensee was not able to fully demonstrate that all firearms were stored according to regulations, therefor did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will send LPA a video of all firearms unloaded and stored in a locked area seperate from ammunition, also stored in a locked area. Video will be sent by 03/21/25.
