During physical walkthrough of the facility at 1:40pm, LPAs observed five dog feces in the backyard lawn, that is acessible to the children. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee corrected the deficiency during today's inspection by going to backyard and cleaning up all the dog feces on the lawn. Licensee stated that she understood that the home needs to be free from conditions that can be hazardous to the children in care. Licensee stated that she will clean the yard prior to the children going outdoors.
