Based on the Licensee's statement that she did not have a current EMSA approved Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The Licensee stated she was already registered for an EMSA approved Pediatric CPR/First Aid training, and Licensee would complete the training, and submit a copy of her current certificate to the Department by 02/07/22 via mail, email or fax.
