Resolution: Liceensee agrees to organize food and kitchen items and clean areas the following areas of the kitchen, play room, and in front of the fireplace.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Self Latching Device is located 26 inches from the top of the gate, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee self-latching device will be moved up to the 6 inch from the top of the gate requirement.
