Resolution: I will conduct the drills and provide proof .
Based on LPA observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in a fallen tree in Licensee's backyard, accessible to children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will completely remove the fallen tree from the premesis and send proof of completion to LPA Villa no later than November 28, 2022.
