Based on observation, interview, and record review, during facility inpsection the fire drill had not been conducted in more than 6 months. Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated, they will conduct a fire drill and document the fire drill on the log. Licensee wil submit a copy of the drill log to licensing department by the due date.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, 2 out of 2 infants did not have the napping log documented. Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated, they will begin to document on the sleeping log when the infants are sleeping every 15 minutes. Licensee will submit the completed sleeping log to licensing department by the due date.
