Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee was unable to provide nap logs for three infants present during the inspection which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee to submit proof to LPA via text at 714-287-0708 or by email at dean.thompson@dss.ca.gov showing she is conducting and documenting infant sleep every 15 minutes during nap time for all children 0 - 24 months of age.

Licensee mandated reporter certification expired 3/1/2025 and assistants mandated reporter expired 2/26/2025 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
