Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The firing pin was located inside the firearms which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that they will remove the firing pin out of the firearms and store it separately. Licensee stated she will send a photo of the locked bag by due date of 12/12/23.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, firearms and ammunitions are stored in a locked safe together and not separate, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that they will store the ammunition in a locked bag or container separate from the firearms inside the locked safe. Licensee stated she will send a photo of the locked bag by due date of 12/12/23
