Based on LPA obersations and Licensee interview , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The wooden perimeter fence located to the west has a 8.5 inch gap between the wooden fence and the mesh fencing. LPA observed 10 large rocks used as barricades to prevent access to the pool area; however, the rocks may be used as foot holds to access the pool. Furthermore, Licensee does not have a 12 feet fixed body hook, pool alarm or daily inspection log on the premises.which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will find a solution for the 8.5 inch gap and ensure compliance with AB2866 (12 feet fixed body hook, pool alarm and daily inspection log). LPA will conducted an unannounced inspection after 07/04/2025 to ensure compliance.
Based on LPA records review and Licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Child 1 and child 2 does NOT have 15 minute sleep logs which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will start documenting infants (0-24 months) daily and send copies to LPA via email.
