Director stated to LPA that she has been utilizing Teacher’s Assistants who are not teacher qualified to provide care and supervision to children during outdoor play without a qualified Teacher present. This is an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
Based on LPA records review and facility representative interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Staff #4's mandated reporter training EXPIRED 11/24/2022 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
