Based on LPA observations, Licensee and A1 interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA accompanied by A1 conducted the self-latching test. Both observed the door NOT self-latching from a near and far distance. Furthermore, the bolt located to the left of the door gate is loose. Lastly, Licensee stated there is no daily inspection log for the pool which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee and A1 stated the above will be corrected and pictures will be submitted to LPA via email.
