Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection, while reviewing records, Licensee stated that she does not have a 15 minute check log for the infants while they're napping which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will conduct 15 minute check on sleeping infants daily and document it. Licensee will submit two weeks of daily sign in/out sheet for infants and a copy of the 15 minute check log to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 10/08/2021.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection, while reviewing children's records, LPA observed that there were two children missing immunization records which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will request the immunization records from the parents and submit copies to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 10/08/2021.
