Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. There is a person who resides in the facility that has not obtained a california clearance which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will have that person get fingerprinted by 12/16/2022.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection, LPA Nancy Her observed three infants and four toddlers which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee had parent pick two children up bringing her back to capacity. Licensee will complete a statement regarding understanding of capacity and submit to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 12/16/2022.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee and staff completed mandated reporter training on 12/06/2020 and has yet to complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years following the date on which he or she completed the initial mandated reporter training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee and staff will complete mandated reporter training via www.mandatedreporterca.com and submit copy of certificate of completion to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 12/30/2022.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee's training on pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid expired on 09/03/2022 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will complete training on pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid and submit copy of certificate of completion to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 01/13/2023. If Licensee's appointment falls after 1/13/2023, Licensee will submit verification of appointment.
