Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed last fire and disaster drill was conducted on 9/13/2024 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will ensure to conduct fire and disaster drill every six months and provide to Licensing when requested. Licensee shall conduct a fire and disaster drill and will submit proof to Licensing by the end of 2/10/2026.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed a play yard with an attached toy hanger which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA observed Licensee removed toy hanger from play yard and Licensee stated going forward she will ensure play yard is free from all loose articles and objects.
