Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Acting Director had Staff #1 providing care and supervision to children as a fully qualified teacher without twelve postsecondary semester or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development completed, with passing grades, at an accredited or approved college or university which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.Physical Plant - Type B: 101239.1(b)(5) - During todays facility inspection Licensing Program Analyst LPA Behatriz Gonzalez observed that many of the sleeping mats had exposed foam. LPA discused with acting director the consern of sanitary issues.
