Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the case of an infant sleeping in an upstairs bedroom while the licensee remained downstairs providing supervision to the other children. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provide a picture of new sleeping arrangements for infant in a lower floor bedroom by the POC due date and acknowledges that they must always be on the same floor as a sleeping infant. Picture can be sent by text to 916-208-3734 or by email to matthew.gallo@dss.ca.gov
