Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee was caring for 8 children (2 were 4 years old, 3 were 3 years old and 3 were 2 years old) under the age of 5 by herself, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: There will be a minumun gap of 15 minutes betwen transition time between morning session that begins at 8:30 am to 12:50 pm and afternoon session at 1:beginning at 1:05 pm ending at 6:00 pm. Licensee will impose late fees. Licensee will remind families to drop off and pick up on time and will not permit families to drop off early or pick up late between sessions. Licensee will provide LPA Beckby with an AM & PM schedule for all children.
