Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not having a valid Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provide proof of registration and/or completion of training via email to LPA by due date.
Based on observation, interview and Guardian record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having a total of 11 children in care with no assistant in the home, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees that if she does not have an assistant present in the home, then the licensee shall comply with the capacity requirements for a Small Family Child Care Home. The total licensed capacity for a Small Family Child Care Home shall not exceed eight children. Additionally, Licensee will submit a written statement which states that Licensee has read and understands Regulation 102416.5(a)(b) to LPA by 02/16/2024.
