During today's inspections LPA's observed 34 children in care with two adult staff members providing care and supervision, which poses/posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 0 out of 3 staff members present during today's visit did not have a Valid CPR and First Aid certificate, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on LPAs observations and record reviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above staff S2 only has three (3) ECE units and providing direct supervison to 14 children independently, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on LPA observations conducted during today's visit the facility did not comply with the section cited above.. During today's inspection LPAs observed 16 children in care while S2 did not have visual supervision of all children in care on multiple occasions, which poses/posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
