Resolution: Assistant will complete mandated reporter course and submit cetificate to LPA via email at sarah.garcia@dss.ca.gov by 01/16/2024.

Resolution: Assistant and licensee, Noreen Khan will obtain immunization records (measles, pertussis) and submit to LPA via email at sarah.garcia@dss.ca.gov by 01/31/2024.
