Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above two additional bathrooms have been built in the family childcare home which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provide LPA with an updated facility sketch to show all rooms in the family childcare home. Licensee will lable all rooms in the facility sketch (on limits- children have access) or (off limits- children are not allowed to access). Licensee will email facility sketch to LPA at ranita.richmond@dss.ca.gov.
