Based on (observation and interview), the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the fence was missing several section of the fencing, which give children acceess to the basin behind the property. Licensee is stated that the backyard is currently not being used due to the heat. Fence had fallen due to high winds in the area. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agree to submit pictures of the backyard fencing, once repaired.
